Orders and Payment

Placing an Order
All customers must register as a MATCHWOOD member before purchasing our products.
Order Confirmation
If your payment is approved, you will be automatically redirected back to our website, and an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
Order Issues
If you encounter any problems while placing an order and do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us via our customer support page. Our service team will assist you during business hours.
Payment Methods
MATCHWOOD accepts the following payment methods:
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB
You must be the authorized cardholder or have permission from the cardholder before making a transaction.
All prices and final invoices are displayed in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). Final charges to your credit card may vary due to currency exchange rates and bank fees.
We recommend that international customers contact their local banks for accurate exchange rate information and any applicable transaction fees.
Please ensure your card is enabled for online payments.
Orders will not be shipped until payment is completed.
All payments are subject to verification by banks and review by MATCHWOOD. We reserve the right to reject any transactions suspected of unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
Payment Declined
If your payment is declined, we cannot retrieve or restore the original order. In such cases, you must place a new order.
Common reasons include:
Incorrect card information

Card issuer declined the payment

Shipping Information
Processing Time
After your order is verified and payment is approved, it will typically be shipped within 3 business days. During peak periods or sales events, processing times may be extended.
Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Taiwanese public holidays are not considered business days. All timelines follow Taiwan Standard Time (TST).
Shipping Services
MATCHWOOD ships worldwide.
Most International orders will be shipped using Postal Administaation Republic Of China (Taiwan) EMS International Express Mail Service - delivery service.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following regions:
Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
At checkout, you can view the full list of eligible countries. If your country is not listed, we currently do not offer delivery to your location. We are actively expanding our shipping zones—please check our website for updates.
Tracking Your Order
All domestic and international shipments include a tracking number.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number. You can use it to check the delivery status via the Taiwan Post tracking service.

Shipping Fees
All shipping fees, including handling, are automatically calculated based on product weight during checkout.
Please carefully review your order summary before completing your payment.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once payment is confirmed, orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Estimated standard delivery times (Business Days, Mon–Fri):
Asia-Pacific (including Australia): Up to 7 business days
North America (USA & Canada): Up to 7 business days
Europe: Up to 7 business days
Other regions: Up to 14 business days
Delivery time is based on business days starting from the day after shipment.
Please allow additional time during holidays or peak seasons. Delays may also occur due to incomplete payment authorization.

Customs and Import Taxes
Duties and taxes (e.g. GST, VAT) are not included in the product price.
Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and related fees once it reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
MATCHWOOD does not cover or reimburse these fees. For details, please contact your local customs authority.
In some cases, customs clearance may delay your delivery.

Shipping Address & Failed Deliveries
We can only modify your shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, rerouting incurs an additional rerouting fee, payable via PayPal only.
Please double-check your address when placing an order.
For failed deliveries (due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or refusal to pay import duties), MATCHWOOD is not responsible for return shipping costs. Re-shipping costs will also be charged to the customer.
If you refuse delivery and request a refund, no refund will be issued under any circumstance.

Customs Restrictions
Customers are responsible for reviewing local postal regulations regarding restricted items. MATCHWOOD is not liable for items denied entry into your country.
